If the product you received has quality issues, does not match the description, or is the wrong size, you have the right to request a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions.

  1. Returnable Items

You can request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product;

The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and retain its original packaging, tags, and labels;

The product has obvious quality issues (such as damage, significant color difference, or workmanship defects);

The product you received does not match the ordered item (such as the wrong model, size, or color);

The package was severely damaged during shipping.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Exceeding the return period;

Items are clearly used, washed, worn, or damaged;

Missing original packaging, tags, or labels;

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;

Items specifically marked “non-returnable” or “clearance sale”;

Subjective reasons such as personal preference or sizing errors.

  1. Return Process

To return an item, please follow the process below:

Contact Customer Service: Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item via email at hkestar@outlook.com;

Return Eligibility Verification: We will review and provide a response within 1–3 business days;

Return Item: After approval, please return the item to the designated address using a traceable shipping method;

Receipt and Inspection: Once we have received and confirmed the item is correct, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs

For returns due to product defects (quality issues, wrong shipment, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size or subjective dissatisfaction), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for a portion of the shipping costs.

  1. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Receipt time varies depending on the payment method’s processing speed, typically taking 7-10 business days.

If a discount such as coupons or points is used, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid.

If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will negotiate an alternative solution with you.

  1. Special Notes

Please do not return the item without receiving return confirmation, as we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

For returns due to incorrect delivery information or package refusal, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a refund will be issued after deducting any related fees.
